Добрый день! Я жительница пгт. Чаплинка. В настоящее время у меня имеется жилой дом, и из документов на него есть только выписка из похозяйственной книги, выданная в 2018 году (в виде справки), а также технический паспорт. Подскажите, пожалуйста, будет ли данная выписка считаться правоустанавливающим документом на мой дом ?

🤩Государственный кадастровый учет и государственная регистрация прав на недвижимое имущество и сделок с ним регламентируются Федеральным законом от 13.07.2015 № 218-ФЗ «О государственной регистрации недвижимости», согласно которому орган регистрации прав вносит в Единый государственный реестр недвижимости сведения на основании документов, поступивших в порядке, установленном Законом № 218-ФЗ (часть 4 статьи 7).
