درگذشت برادر ،همسر گرامیتان مرحوم رضا علی تالش در آغازین روزهای سال جدید خبر دردناکی بود که موجب تاسف و تاثر گردید .ضمن عرض تسلیت به خاندان محترم علی تالش و کرم زاده و سایر وابستگان از درگاه پروردگار متعال برای کلیه بازماندگان صبر و برای آن مرحوم زندگی جاوید در پردیس الهی را آرزومندیم. با احترام اعضای هیات مدیره و بازرسین انجمن ترویج فرهنگ تالشان

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
