با صدور احکامی از سوی هادی حق‌شناس نماینده عالی دولت در استان، میر محمد غراوی به‌عنوان سرپرست معاونت هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری و علی باقری به عنوان سرپرست معاونت سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری گیلان منصوب و معرفی شدند.
گفتنی است پیش از این محمد جلایی و موسی فکور به ترتیب عهده دار مسئولیت معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی و معاون هماهنگی امور عمرانی استانداری گیلان بودند.
