30 сентября 2025 года, судья суда района Габита Мусрепова (Северо-Казахстанская область) постановила прекратить политически мотивированное административное дело по статье 456 часть 4 ("распространение ложной информации") в отношении гражданского активиста Нурбола Онерхана.
Утром 24 сентября сотрудники полиции пришли домой к Нурболу Онерхану в связи с тем, что он помогал отстаивать права рабочих. Он записал требования рабочих и опубликовал их в социальных сетях. По этой причине сотрудники полиции составили административный протокол по статье 456 часть 4.
Благодаря публичности, солидарности и активному отстаиванию своих прав, Нурболу Онерхану удалось добиться прекращения дела. Это редкий случай и наглядный пример, почему важно защищать свои права, как это делать, а также почему публичность и солидарность (взаимоподдержка) - неотъемлемые элементы в защите прав человека.

The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
