📌 نوید امجد: رقابت بر اساس دو نرخ نیمایی و نرخ ارز بازار و قرار گرفتن قیر در لیست مواد خام و نیمه خام، ضمن تغییر تعهدات ارزی فعالین این صنعت، کل ارکان این صنعت را نیز تحت الشعاع قرار داده است و باید از این لیست خارج شود.
