✅ Сегодня у нас проходит конференция «Технологии микросистем, корпусирования и сборки ЭКБ».

Учёные и представители компаний обсуждают:
- тенденций в области технологий высокоплотного корпусирования микросхем;
- корпусирования микросхем в пластиковые корпуса на основе многослойных органических подложек и выводных рамок;
- технологий предкорпусирования: формирования слоёв металлизации на контактных площадках кристаллов (UBM), формирования шариковых выводов на контактных площадках кристаллов.

Мероприятие проводится совместно с партнерами АО «ЗНТЦ», АО «МИКРОН», ФИЦ ПХФ и МХ РАН, АО «Институт пластмасс имени Г. С. Петрова», ООО «СП КВАНТ», АО «ЭРЕМЕКС», ООО «ТС Интеграция».

Конференция проходит в рамках реализации проекта «Передовые инженерные школы».
