هل يجوز لمن أعد شاة للأضحية أن ينوي فيها ذبحها للعقيقة عن ولده أيضا؟
الجـ📩ـواب:
أخرج أبو داود (٢٨٠٢) من طريق عبيد بن فيروز، قال: سألت البراء بن عازب؛ ما لا يجوز في الأضاحي؟ فقال: قام فينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم -وأصابعي أقصر من أصابعه، وأناملي أقصر من أنامله، والمريضة بين مرضها، والعرجاء بين ظلعها، والكسير التي لا تنقي". يفيد هذا الحديث عدم الإجزاء بأضحية ناقصة بهذه العيوب المذكورة. ومن هذه العيوب كونها هزيلة، وهو المراد بكونها لا تنقي. وإذا كانت الأضحية لا تجزئ لهزالها التي سبب نقصا فيها فإذهاب نصفها، أو جزء منها، بنية ذبحها للعقيقة في المعنى نفسه. فالمتعين كون الأضحية كاملة، موفرة، كما يفهم من الحديث المذكور.
