Построенный в единственном экземпляре (точнее, перестроенный из серийного Aero CS-102 - лицензионного МиГ-15УТИ) чехословацкий МиГ-15УТИ-П. Машина предназначалась для подготовки пилотов стоявших на вооружении чехословацких ВВС перехватчиков МиГ-17ПФ и -19П/ПМ, для чего на ней была установлена РЛС "Изумруд". Первый полет в модифицированном виде самолёт совершил в ноябре 1959 года, а уже с апреля 1960 года он использовался для подготовки строевых летчиков. Последний полет самолет совершил в ноябре 1966 года, а в настоящее время он находится в авиационном музее в Кбелах.
