В Сирии произошла смена власти, а поддерживаемые Турцией группировки постепенно входят в состав новых сирийских вооруженных сил. К тому же, Турция значительно сблизилась с Халифой Хафтаром, что сделало дальнейшее присутствие сирийских боевиков на западе Ливии нецелесобразным.
