В последний день 145-й/146-й сессий Совета таможенного сотрудничества Всемирной таможенной организации (ВТО) состоялись выборы с целью формирования представительства в руководящих структурах организации.
Благодаря своей деятельности в рамках ВТО и поддержке таможенных служб государств-членов, Государственный таможенный комитет Азербайджана был избран членом Политической комиссии ВТО.
