Уважаемые горожане! В соцсетях распространяется информация о том, что аттракцион «Веселые горки», который находится на территории парка, сошел с рельс. Сообщаем, что данный аттракцион не принадлежит МАУК «Дирекция парков и общественных пространств», он относится к частной организации – ООО «Туймаада Парк». Пострадавших нет, за медицинской помощью никто не обращался. Все муниципальные аттракционы ежегодно проходят акт технического обследования. Последняя проверка была совершена в июне этого года. В отношении «Туймаада Парка», к которому относятся «Весёлые горки», будут приняты соответствующие меры.

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
