Вместе с трудовыми коллективами Кирова отметили День города массовыми шествием

В праздничный для нашего города день по центральной улице Кирова — Города трудовой доблести — прошли вместе с сотнями трудовых коллективов наших ведущих предприятий. Колонна из 15000 человек растянулась на несколько километров. С флагами в едином праздничном шествии в честь 650-летия Кирова мы как всегда вместе. Те, кто сегодня пишет историю родного города, развивает его своими трудами и силой вятского характера. Горжусь каждым из вас. Спасибо за труд на благо родной земли. С праздником, кировчане!

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
