✅ نحن نعلم أن الصبغة الصفراء bilirubin ناتجة من تحطم خلايا الدم الحمراء RBCs ⬅️تروح ترتبط ببروتينات البلازما وتخرج عن طريق البول فاتعطي اللون الأصفر للبول ⬅️وتخرج عن طريق البراز فاتعطي اللون البني للبراز ⬅️لكن في حالة عدم إرتباط هذه الصبغة في بلازما الدم تتراكم في الدم وقد تدخل الى أنسجة الدماغ فاتسبب تلفاً للدماغ ، هذه الحالة لها أسباب عديدة ومن ضمنها بعض الأدوية 👇
♦️مثلاً هناك مجموعة من المضادات الحيوية تسمى عائلة السالفوناميد ☑️ [ Sulfonamides ] إذا أعطيت في الثلاثة الأشهر الأخيرة للأم الحامل تروح تفصل الصبغة الصفراء bilirubin من بروتينات البلازما وبالتالي لن تخرج الصبغة الصفراء فا تتراكم في جسم الجنين وتسبب حالة تسمى ( Kernicterus ) إصفرار الجنين يحدث أيضا صمم وإضطراب في الرؤية وصعوبة في الكلام
