Я опять укатила в Москву, а маме наморозила фарш и голубцы.

Фарш очень удобно хранить, если разделить его на порции, разложить по пакетам и скалкой раскатать в пласты. Именно так я и делаю уже несколько лет.

А вот голубцы, настоящие, а не ленивые, стала готовить не так давно. Дело в том, что листы капусты у меня постоянно рвались при снимании с кочана, даже если я действовала аккуратно и подрезала их у основания кочерыжки. А потом я узнала лайфхак: капусту нужно сперва заморозить, и тогда листья снимаются сами собой!
