Ее владельцем является сингапурская корпорация Perennial Holdings Private. Инвестиции в проект оцениваются в 1 млрд юаней ($ 140 млн).
Больница располагается в городе Тяньцзинь на севере Китая. В ней есть специализированные отделения, такие как ортопедия, офтальмология, оториноларингология и нефрология, а также международное отделение, которое занимается обслуживанием иностранных пациентов.
