То, что губернатор незамедлительно реагирует на все аварии в муниципалитетах, приезжая с проверкой и на месте разрабатывая маршрут решения проблем, это с одной стороны хорошо, это демонстрирует, так сказать, «лёгкость на подъем», но с другой стороны - а чем занимаются на местах чиновники? И зачем они вообще тогда нужны, если работает «ручное управление»? В самом ролике же говорят наши руководители, что уже заложены деньги на реконструкцию водопровода. Без губернатора на месте у них ничего не получается?
