С июня по сентябрь 2024 года шестеро участников группировки незаконно высадили на пустырях и газонах вдоль магистральных дорог в Ижевске и Завьяловском районе более 280 саженцев рябины, канадского клена и липы.
При задержании у них нашли и изъяли прицеп к автомобилю, лопаты и мотобур. Участникам банды предъявлены обвинения по ч. 3 ст. 260 УК РФ.
Суд наложил арест на их имущество для возмещения ущерба.
