Это - одна ведущих выставок авиационно-космической отрасли в Азии, проводится с 1996 года с периодичностью один раз в два года. Девизом выставки этого года стал слоган «Дорога к миллиарду возможностей».
В рамках традиционно широкой летной программы выставки свои выдающиеся возможности показал новейший российский самолет пятого поколения Су-57Э.
