❗️В соответствии с документом пересмотрены санкции 97 составов преступлений. Из них 65 составов дополнены альтернативными более мягкими видами наказаний (24 состава до настоящего времени содержали лишение свободы как единственно возможное наказание). Еще 32 состава изменены в части размера наказаний.
