🏕️ 30 мая в селе Воронцовка стартовала ежегодная военно-спортивная смена для молодежи «Зарница»

👥 В смене принимает участие более 160 человек — 14 команд из числа студентов ВУЗов и СУЗов, воспитанников профильных молодежных клубов и объединений.

📍Участники обустроили свои бивуаки на пикниковой зоне «Солдатская поляна» по маршруту каньона Царские ворота. Также здесь состоялось торжественное открытие смены.

🎯 Сегодня команды состязались в отрядном состязании «ОБЩЕФИЗИЧЕСКАЯ ПОДГОТОВКА», которое включает в себя:
• Сгибание и разгибание рук в упоре лежа на полу за 1 минуту;
• Приседания за 1 минуту;
• Подъём корпуса лежа на спине за 1 минуту;
• Комплексное силовое упражнение (КСУ) за 1 минуту;
• Подтягивания на перекладине.
