Открытый Город Органы прокуратуры подали апелляционное представление в суд по поджогу машины Максима Учватова заявив о мягкости приговора вынесенного судом 14 октября. Условное наказание на 2 года там не подходит вообще. Поджигатель Копосов вину не признал, заказчиков не назвал и не раскаялся. Возможен рецидив. @

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
