Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.

取名《新新聞》的用意，是希望在新聞素材的選擇上有別於《舊新聞》，因為，《新新聞》創刊時的台灣社會上尚在戒嚴時期，台灣的新聞仍多限制與禁忌，意見市場尤其充斥著國民黨說法，而反對人士掌控的媒體，在極端中也不具備專業水準，遂致新聞無法呈現原貌，整個輿論版圖為偏狹的、零碎的舊新聞所侵占。《新新聞》期望發揮媒體的中介精神，使新聞的真貌還原，讓意見市場不再扭曲。
