14 января (2 января по старому стилю) 1825 года в городе Оренбурге состоялось торжественное открытие Неплюевского военного училища.

Инициатива создания в г. Оренбурге военного учебного заведения принадлежала оренбургскому военному губернатору Григорию Семеновичу Волконскому (1742– 1824). Вступив в должность губернатора, Г.С. Волконский принял решение об учреждении учебного заведения, чтобы обеспечить губернию подготовленными кадрами, в память об Иване Ивановиче Неплюеве (1693–1773), первом оренбургском губернаторе, «устроителе» Оренбургского края.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
