В условиях контракта прописано, что заем должны выдать с 17 декабря 2024 года. Срок погашения — один год, ставка — 22% годовых. Погашение займа будут осуществлять за счет средств бюджета Кисловодска.
Сейчас комиссия работает над подведением итогов, которые станут известны 15 ноября 2024 года.
