Реально вот где архитекторы могут качать крутую архитектуру - это офисники и общественные пространства в центре. У них нет практически никаких ограничений, всяких там тупых инсоляций, коэффициентов того, сего, пятого, десятого. Любо дорого на такие концепции смотреть.
