Так, замначальника департамента организационно-мобилизационной работы Генштаба ВСРК Руслан Омаров заявил, что в казахстанской армии действительно имеются нарушения воинской дисциплины, но а самой дедовщины нет.
«Важно понимать, что в армии сейчас нет дедовщины. Само это понятие предполагает разногласия между старшими и младшими призывниками, а у нас в Вооруженных силах Казахстана проходят службу только представители одного призыва, поэтому поводов для дедовщины просто нет», - заявил Руслан Омаров.
