🔹تحقیق و توسعه موجب پیشرفت فناوری میشود اما در چند کشور ثروتمند متمرکز شده است. طبق آمار منتشر شده ایالات متحده، ۲۵درصد و اتحادیه اروپا ۲۰درصد از تحقیق و توسعه جهانی را تشکیل میدهند، درحالی که سهم آفریقا و جنوب آسیا، کمتر از ۴درصد است.
