Параллельно наверняка развалили и цеха по БПЛА, но это вторичная цель. Целью удара были именно "Гром-2", скорее всего собираемые на импортных комплектующих при помощи иностранных специалистов.
То есть, в целом – в ударе был и военный смысл, не только демонстрация, тут признаю неправоту.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
