SSN Virginia в модификации Block IV отстают от расписания на 36 месяцев. Block V - всего на 24 месяца.
Авианосец CVN-80 отстанет всего на 18-26 месяцев. Следующие в проектах авианосцы сразу сместились на два года вправо. А фрегаты типа Constellation - сразу на 3 года.
