مشخصات فنی
🔹مدل gpt-oss-20b با ۲۱ میلیارد پارامتر طراحی شده، ولی با استفاده از Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) فقط حدود ۳.۶ میلیارد پارامتر به‌صورت هم‌زمان فعال می‌شن. 🔹مدل gpt-oss-120b هم ۱۱۷ میلیارد پارامتر داره که با MoE حدود ۵.۱ میلیارد در هر توکن درگیر می‌شن. 🔹مدل کوچکتر می‌تونه روی سیستم‌های معمولی با حداقل ۱۶ گیگ رم اجرا بشه. 🔹برای مدل بزرگتر حداقل ۸۰ گیگ رم نیاز داری، که بیشتر به درد سرور یا کارت‌هایی مثل Nvidia H100 می‌خوره. 🔹هر دو مدل یه context window خیلی بزرگ دارن: ۱۲۸,۰۰۰ توکن

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
