Сегодня в Ессентукском городском суде будет оглашен приговор по «ингушскому делу»: в его рамках наиболее авторитетных представителей ингушского народа обвиняют в организации экстремистского сообщества, а также применении насилия или участии в нем. Речь идет о митинге в Магасе в 2019 году, когда местные жители протестовали против передачи части территории Ингушетии Чечне. Несмотря на то, что подсудимые пытались остановить толпу, им вменяют руководство ею: перевод их слов с ингушского был сделан в Чечне.

Имена участников дела в судебной карточке скрыты: судят Ахмеда Барахоева, Мусу Мальсагова, Исмаила Нальгиева, Зарифу Саутиеву, Малсага Ужахова, Багаудина Хаутиева и Бараха Чемурзиева.

Заседания намеренно были перенесены в Ессентуки, чтобы суд проходил дальше от Ингушетии, в Ставропольском крае.

Вокруг суда уже сосредоточены силовики и техника.
