Участок расположен в районе Измайлово на пересечении ул. Советская и Сиреневого бульвара, на первой линии. Поблизости находятся одноименный парк и стадион. В непосредственной близости проходит Северо-Восточная хорда, на приблизительно равном расстоянии от участка находятся станции метро «Партизанская» и «Черкизово» и МЦК «Измайлово», сообщает пресс-служба ДОМ.
