-شما ماشالله خیلی فیت هستید، چه ورزش‌هایی انجام میدید براش؟! ذاتا عکسی که چند وقت پیش منتشر کردید غوغا کرد...اون عضلات حاصل چه مدت تلاشه؟! +خیلی وقته که براش زحمت کشیدم، یعنی یجورایی شده روتین زندگیم؛ من هفته‌ای پنج روز ورزش آزاد (هر ورزشی دلم بخواد) انجام میدم، دو روز در هفته هم استراحت دارم و این مدام انجام میشه و شده بخشی زندگیم! بخاطر همینم شانس اینکه غذا زیاد بخورم یا برم تعطیلات و خودم رو چند روزی رها کنم رو هم دارم. در اصل وزن گرفتن و کم کردنش خیلی آسونه، اگر منظم انجام بشه همه میتونن🙂💁🏻♂
