Добрый день! Прошу выложить пост по управлению дома по ул. Республики, 237. Находится в ужасном состоянии, текущие работы по содержанию дома не проводятся, общие собрания жильцов не проводятся. Так "содержит" наш дом управляющая компания ООО "Легион".
Проблемы: нет благоустройства территории, нет площадки ТБО по нормам, входная группа в ужасном состоянии, нет тротуарных дорожек (торчит арматура), нет детской площадки.
