Сумма рассчитывалась исходя из объёмов газа, добытых компанией, но «экспроприированных» государством для нужд населения (бесплатно или по цене ниже рынка).
Теперь Коломойский-Боголюбов остались должны Украине $22,2 млн судебных расходов (+пеня). На этом деле заработали юркомпании Latham & Watkins (Лондон), Westerberg & Partners и «Саенко Харенко».
