• использовать цифровой ID вместо паспорта, • подтверждать возраст, • предъявлять права, студенческий билет, документы на льготы, • подписывать бумаги с помощью Госключа, • безопасно передавать данные и общаться, • пользоваться образовательными платформами.
Всё это — в одном простом и безопасном интерфейсе.
Законопроект стал ответом на запрос самих пользователей. Успех «Госуслуг» показал, насколько важно объединить все нужные функции — от госуслуг до коммерческих сервисов — в одном месте. Теперь этот шаг официально начинается.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
