Пока чистил картошку, решил, что буду её запекать в духовке, обсыпав приправами. Лук попался на глаза и тут же отправился на сковородку. Говядину порезал на кубики и долго тушил. Тогда ещё не знал - будет это гуляш или что-то другое. Когда увидел в холодильнике сливки и сметану, то всё сложилось воедино. По внешнему виду строго не судите, поверьте на слово - это очень вкусно получилось)
