24 апреля, в День памяти жертв Геноцида армян в Османской империи, в Ростове-на-Дону состоялись памятные мероприятия, приуроченные к 110-летию трагедии.

В церкви Сурб Арутюн прошел чин заступничества, посвящённый памяти святых мучеников, погибших в 1915 году, богослужение провёл настоятель храма.
На мероприятии присутствовали представители армянской общины города, приглашённые гости и местные жители.

Участники церемонии возложили цветы к памятнику «Геноциду — нет!», открытом в 2015 году. Памятник увековечивает память о трагических событиях.
