Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal.
