روز چهارشنبه ۱۵ اسفند، رویداد «سلامت مغز در سالمندی» با حضور بیش از ۱۳۰ سالمند در سرای سلامت سپهر، منطقه ۲ تهران برگزار شد. این برنامه با هدف افزایش آگاهی درباره پیشگیری از آلزایمر، اهمیت روابط اجتماعی در سلامت مغز، و پایش عملکرد شناختی توسط مرکز ملی مغز و مدرسه علوم اعصاب اجتماعی و با همکاری اداره کل سلامت شهرداری تهران و حمایت ستاد توسعه علوم و فناوری‌های شناختی اجرا شد.

📌 برنامه‌های اجرا شده: ✅ کلاس آموزشی درباره آلزایمر و پیشگیری از آن ✅ پنل تخصصی در مورد ارتباطات اجتماعی و سلامت مغز ✅ پایش فشار خون، قند خون و ارزیابی عملکردهای شناختی ✅ بازی‌های گروهی برای تقویت مهارت‌های شناختی

🎯 این رویداد گامی مؤثر برای ارتقای سلامت مغز و بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان بود.
