Анализ бюджетных доходов РФ за 2024 год отражает весьма показательные тенденции развития российской экономики и нефтегазовой отрасли последних лет.
Так, по данным Казначейства и Минфина России, бюджетные доходы РФ за 2024 г. выросли на 26% (г/г), при этом основной прирост доходов был обеспечен за счет поступлений от ненефтегазового сектора экономики (+27% г/г, или +5,1 трлн руб.). Доходы от нефтяного сектора добавили 24% (г/г), или +2 трлн руб., а газовые доходы увеличились на 15% (г/г), или +0,3 трлн руб.
Однако важнейшим трендом служит поступательное сокращение доли РАСТУЩИХ нефтегазовых доходов в общем объеме РАСТУЩИХ доходов российского бюджета. Так, в 2018 г. нефтегазовые поступления обеспечили 50% бюджетных доходов, в 2021 г. - 40%, а в 2024 г. - всего 35%. Таким образом, налицо растущая диверсификация экономики РФ, которую поддерживает устойчивость российского нефтегаза, создающая стимулы для развития смежных отраслей, толкающих ее вверх.
