Мособлдума сегодня приняла закон об увеличении штрафов за безбилетный проезд на общественном транспорте с 1 тысячи до 2 тысяч рублей.
«Наша главная цель – не наказать. Важно, чтобы пассажиры ответственно относились к покупке билета. Ведь оплаченный билет – это возможность для перевозчика регулярно обновлять подвижной состав, обслуживать транспортные средства, что влияет в целом на улучшение качества транспортного обслуживания», — сообщил председатель комитета по транспортно-дорожному комплексу и информационным технологиям Максим Коркин.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
