прочитала любопытное исследование компании Gallup про топ-лист ожиданий от лидеров у людей во всем мире (52 страны)

Смотрите, как интересно получается, все хотят:

✅позитивное отношение к будущему и четкое направление
✅честность, уважение и неподкупность
✅ощущение заботы и того что к тебе прислушиваются
✅ощущение безопасности даже во времена неопределенности

Для меня это про этику, человечность и те самые софты, о которых все время говорят в контексте эры ИИ.
А еще про коучинговый подход - партнерство, доверие и ориентированность на будущее.

С такими ожиданиями людей компаниям постепенно придется меняться. И те, где люди ценность, а не ресурс, будут выигрывать в гонке за таланты.

P.S. отчет умалчивает, были ли респонденты из России, но думаю, что это бы не повлияло бы на топ-лист.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
