Поможет ли такая мера? Посмотрим. Будет грустно и смешно, если на дорожный трафик это не повлияет, а госслужащие и бюджетники будут страдать в одиночку в пустых автобусах, на полупустых улицах, только соннее.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
