Связано это с тем, что в Башкирии в принципе более низкие доходы населения, чем в среднем по стране. Настолько низкие, что больше 65 тысяч башкирцевживут за чертой бедности.
«Увеличение на 3% минимального прожиточного минимума незначительно изменяет ситуацию. Более логичным было бы, если минимальный прожиточный минимум в Башкирии был не меньше размера общероссийского», - объясняют эксперты.
Ну а мы скажем проще: перед нами яркий образец популизма обыкновенного, особенно активного в период предвыборной гонки.
