Вносятся изменения в ч. 2 ст. 407 ГК РФ — освободить от налога на имущество единственный садовый дом, имеющий площадь более 50 кв метров и принадлежащий социально уязвимым категориям граждан, в т. ч. пенсионерам, инвалидам, ветеранам.
Условия для получения льготы — садовый дом должен:
🔵не использоваться в коммерческих целях. 🔵располагаться на участках, предназначенных для личного подсобного хозяйства, огородничества, садоводства или ИЖС.
