Amir Mohammad Khosheghbal - Ekbatan Boys
Born on May 29, 1998, Amir Mohammad is a conscript soldier.
He was arrested on December 7, 2022.
Amir Mohammad was serving in the Air Force when one of his fellow soldiers reported him to security forces for having images of the "riots" on his phone.
He was detained by the Air Force's Intelligence Organization and brutally tortured in custody to force a confession that he participated in the murder of Arman Aliverdi.
Afterwards, Amir Mohammad was transferred to other authorities handling the case, including the Tehran’s Criminal Investigation Department of Police.
The extreme torture and mistreatment he endured at the Tehran police led him to attempt suicide.
However, due to the circumstances and limitations, he was unable to succeed in taking his own life.
After months of uncertainty and imprisonment, he was released on bail in February 2024, but in November 2024, without any reason, he was again transferred to prison by the new assigned judges overseeing his case.
A death sentence has been issued against Amir Mohammad, despite the complete lack of evidence or documentation.
