Команда с российскими корнями выиграла крупнейшие соревнования CS2 в Азии
Команда Team Spirit заняла первое место на престижном кибертурнире Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 по компьютерной игре Counter-Strike 2. Финал прошел 15 декабря в спортивном центре Oriental Sports Center в Шанхае.
На мероприятии собрались более 10 тыс. зрителей. Билеты на финал были раскуплены задолго до турнира. Соревнования по Counter-Strike такого уровня проходят в Азии впервые.
В составе победившей команды выступают россияне Борис Воробьев, Леонид Вишняков, Данил Крышковец, Дмитрий Соколов и украинец Мирослав Плахотя. С 2022 года офис Team Spirit располагается в Сербии.
В финале они победили европейскую команду американской организации FaZe Clan со счетом 2:1. Также 17-летний Данил Крышковец награжден как самый ценный игрок турнира (MVP). Он стал самым молодым победителем турниров категории «мэйджор».
За победу Team Spirit заработала $500 тыс. Призовой фонд турнира составил $1,25 млн.
