Документ закрепит право подразделений охраны таких объектов воздействовать на системы навигации БПЛА. Сейчас Правительство формирует перечень объектов, подлежащих усиленной защите.
«Законопроект обеспечит правовые гарантии защиты работников ведомственной и частной охраны от возможных претензий третьих лиц в случае нанесения ущерба при отражении атаки на защищаемый объект. Он наделит сотрудников ведомственной охраны правом применения специальных средств и огнестрельного оружия вне охраняемых объектов при пресечении атак БПЛА», - отметил депутат Госдумы Юрий Станкевич в ходе планерного заседания.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
