Напомним, что в августе 2023 года Баязитов прославился своими заявлениями в одном из чатов Telegram о том, что "ненавидит русских, готов их убивать, в том числе и тех, кто поддерживает проведение СВО". В отношении него было возбуждено и расследовано уголовное дело по п.«а» ч.2 ст.282 УК РФ.
Вахитовским районным судом г. Казани ему назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 5 лет с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии общего режима.
